Glitch Processes

Computer Animation 1, Glitch Art, 4″ x 6″, Text Edit

For this glitch image, I used text edit. I had replaced letters, and pasted information to get a final image that has a happy, confused emotion. The happy feeling is from all the of colors within the image and the confused feeling is because it has very little from the original image, but it is.

  Pixel sorting

Computer Animation 1, Glitch Art, 4″ x 6″, Pixel Sorting

For my second glitch art process, I used pixel sorting. This image is different from the original feeling of the image because of the dart parts of the image are ‘sorted’ or broken up compared to the original image, but the sand or the light parts of the image are untouched. The tree part of the image makes you feel confused because of the distortion, but the sand makes you realize that it is still a beach and relaxed.

Computer Animation 1, Glitch Art, 4″ x 6″, Hex Edit

Finally, I had used hex edit for my glitch process. This compares to the other glitch art because it sends out more of a confused, distorted feeling than the other ones. Compared to the original image, the feeling is more confused, and chaotic.
